Phone didn’t get a security code

If you didn’t receive a security code, check whether you entered your phone number correctly.

  • Did you enter a wrong phone number? Look for the option to enter it again. If you have a non-U.S. number, make sure you select the correct country code.
  • If you have a landline, please make sure to pick the “Phone call” option under “How would you like to receive your security code?” We cannot send a text message to landlines.
  • If you have an international phone number, make sure you select to receive the security code by text message. does not support sending security codes to international landlines at this time.
  • If the number you’ve entered is correct, make sure you have service and request the code again. You can receive the code by text message or by a phone call.
