If I don’t have my phone with me can I still sign in?
It is necessary to have your phone in order to get the security code to sign in. But if you don’t have your phone with you, you will need the personal key you received when you created your account. First, sign in with your email address and password. On the “Enter your security code” page, select “Choose another security option”, and then select the personal key. Enter the personal key you received when you created your account. If you have successfully entered your personal key, you will receive a new one. You are given a new personal key every time you use it to sign in. If you plan to use your personal key to sign in, you must always use the newest version of it.
We encourage you to store your personal key somewhere other than your computer or mobile device — this way, you’ll be able to access your personal key even if your device is stolen or your online accounts are hacked.
