Reset password link is invalid
Reset password links expire after 6 hours. If this has happened, select “Resend” to get a new reset password link or select “forgot password” and enter your email address.
If you have requested more than one reset password link, you must use the link in the most recent email. All links in older emails will be invalid.
If the reset password link still does not work and you have done the steps outlined above, it is possible your email provider has scrambled the link. One way to determine if this has happened is by copying and pasting the confirmation link into your browser. If there are any unusual symbols or words in the link, remove them and hit enter.
