Why is my security code invalid?
Every time you sign in you will need to enter a security code that is sent to your phone either by a text message or a phone call. The security code you receive expires after 10 minutes and is only valid for one use. If you miss entering the security code within the 10 minutes or you missed the phone call, you can request a new security code. Each security code is only good once, so make sure you are using the most recent security code. You can only request 3 security codes every 15 minutes, but otherwise, you can request as many codes as you need.
