I don’t know my PASSID
Once you have created a login.gov username and password and successfully signed into Trusted Traveler Programs site, you will be asked to enter your PASSID in order to link your old GOES profile to the new login.gov credentials. If you do not have your PASSID, you will be prompted for security questions and additional information by TTP.
If you have trouble with your PASSID or GOES username and password, please contact CBP directly: https://help.cbp.gov/app/ask. Please do not send login.gov sensitive data about yourself or identifying membership numbers.
