My account uses a different email address

Your email address must be the same as your email address to successfully link your SAM profile to your account. If you have already created a account, but with an email address that is different from your registered email you can do the following:

  1. Update your email: Before 6:00 pm EST on Friday, June 29th, you can update your email to the email address you used to create your account. When you sign on to using for the first time, your profile will automatically link.
  2. Change your email: You can change your email to match your email address. You must change your email before signing into SAM using Changing your email will not affect your profiles with other government applications, and once you’ve signed into and linked your profile, you can change your email back to the original email used. To change your email, do the following:
