Note for Trusted Traveler Programs users
To sign into the Trusted Traveler Programs website, you must create a new login.gov account. login.gov does not have access to your old GOES userID and password and will not automatically recognize your email address. Only your newly created login.gov username and password will allow you to sign in.
login.gov does not manage nor impact any of your existing Trusted Traveler Programs membership, payments, appointments, or application status and is unable to respond to any questions about them.
